Consumer Choice Awards
For this activity, we will be sampling some different kinds of chocolate! Before you start salivating, let’s go over the procedure:

1. Sample one piece of chocolate. While you enjoy, think about what makes this piece of chocolate tasty and unique, remembering to take a look at the wrapper as well. What attracts you to this chocolate bar? Write it down in the table provided.

2. Take a drink of water to cleanse your palate, and repeat step 1 until you have recorded information about each chocolate bar that you have sampled.

3. Come up with three important criteria upon which you feel our originally created chocolate bars should be judged.

Our agreed upon criteria will be the basis upon which we will conduct our Consumer Choice Awards at the end of this module.
